Digital Nomad Visa

Remote work visa for professionals working for employers or clients outside Cyprus using digital technologies. Requires minimum monthly net income of €3,500 (plus 20% for spouse, 15% per child). Holders cannot work for Cypriot employers or serve local clients. Initial permit valid for 1 year, renewable for up to 2 additional years (3 years total). Must maintain health insurance and accommodation in Cyprus. Minimum stay of 6 months and 1 day per year required, with no single absence exceeding 3 months. Cap of 1,000 permits available (increased from 500 in March 2025). Family members can be included but cannot work.
