Mediterranean lifestyle with digital nomad-friendly visas

Spain has become one of Europe's top destinations for expats and digital nomads, combining Mediterranean lifestyle, excellent healthcare, affordable cost of living (outside Madrid/Barcelona), and straightforward immigration options.
