Family Reunification
Hungary's family reunification visa allows family members of legal residents to join them. Hungary's Golden Visa (Guest Investor Program) launched in 2024 offers 10-year residence permits to non-EU investors. As of January 2025, direct real estate purchase is no longer available. No minimum stay requirement. Full work rights included. Family members (spouse, children under 26, parents 65+) can be included. Path to permanent residency after 3 years and citizenship after 8+ more years. Program status: exercise caution as some advisors report the program may be experiencing delays.

Student Visa

Work Permit
