Employment Pass Visa

The Employment Pass (EP) is Singapore's primary work visa for foreign professionals, managers, and executives. From September 2024, all EP applications must pass the COMPASS (Complementarity Assessment Framework) points-based system, scoring 40+ points across salary, qualifications, diversity, and support for local employment.
