EntrePass Visa

The EntrePass is Singapore's entrepreneur visa for foreign founders starting innovative, venture-backed, or technology-driven businesses. Applicants must have registered (or intend to register) a Private Limited company with ACRA, with the company being no more than 6 months old if already registered. Must meet qualifying criteria as an entrepreneur (S$100K+ funding from government-accredited VC/angel, or participation in government-supported incubator), innovator (IP ownership, research collaboration with Singapore institutions, or exceptional expertise), or investor (track record of successful investments). Excludes traditional businesses like F&B, retail, and employment agencies. Initial 1-year validity, renewable. Family members eligible after meeting business milestones (4 local employees + S$150K annual spending).
