Employee Card Visa

Combined work and residence permit for non-EU citizens employed in Czech Republic for more than 3 months. From January 2026, applications must be processed within 90 days, with digital applications reducing this to 30-90 days. Requires employer sponsorship with job vacancy registered in the central database. The position must be at least 15 hours per week with a contract valid for at least 1 year. Valid for 2 years and renewable. Provides free access to the Czech labor market for the sponsoring employer. Must apply through Czech embassy in home country. Register with Foreign Police within 3 working days of arrival.
