Long-term residence permit for family members of foreigners legally residing in Czech Republic. Sponsor must have resided in Czechia for at least 15 months with long-term or permanent residence. For spouse reunification, both parties must be at least 20 years old. Children under 18 can join parents. Provides free access to Czech labor market without additional work permit. Processing time 90-270 days depending on where application is submitted. Can travel within Schengen Area. After 5 years, can apply for permanent residence. Polygamous marriages not recognized.
