Personalised Employment Pass Visa

The Personalised Employment Pass (PEP) is designed for high-earning professionals who want job flexibility without being tied to a specific employer. Applicants must have earned a fixed monthly salary of at least S$22,500 in the past 6 months as an EP holder in Singapore, or worked overseas in a managerial/executive role at this salary level. Unlike standard EP, PEP is not employer-tiedβ€”holders can switch jobs without reapplying. If unemployed, can stay in Singapore for up to 6 months to seek new employment. Must maintain annual fixed salary of at least S$270,000. Valid for 3 years, non-renewable (one-time issuance only). Not available for freelancers, directors who are shareholders, or journalists.
