Permanent Residency Visa

Singapore Permanent Residency (PR) grants the right to live and work in Singapore indefinitely without a work pass. Eligible applicants include EP/S Pass holders (typically after 2+ years of continuous employment), spouses and children of Singapore citizens or PRs, investors under the Global Investor Programme (GIP), and students who have passed a national exam. PR holders enjoy subsidized healthcare and education, can buy HDB resale flats, and contribute to CPF. Male PRs and their sons must fulfill National Service obligations. Processing takes 4-6 months. After 2 years as PR, eligible individuals can apply for citizenship.
