The Tech.Pass is a specialized work visa launched in 2021 by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) to attract global tech talent—entrepreneurs, leaders, and technical experts. Applicants must meet at least 2 of 3 criteria: (1) last drawn salary of S$20,000+/month or annual business income of S$240,000+, (2) 5+ years in leading role at tech company valued at US$500M+ or with US$30M+ funding raised, (3) 5+ years leading development of tech product with 100,000+ active users or US$100M+ annual revenue. Holders can start businesses, work for multiple Singapore tech companies, or mentor startups. Valid 2 years, renewable for 2 years. Pathway to PR available.
